While some over the counter products may help your rid your home of pest problems temporarily.  Nothing beats an experienced certified technician going to your home and giving a thorough inspection; Because different areas or locations hold different pestilences, targeting these particular pest require proper chemical type and proper usage in order to get them under control.

How long is a treatment?

For new customers an initial treatment can be one hour long depending on targeted pests severity.  Established services can be can anywhere from 30 minutes to one hour depending on seasonal pests that may reemerge.

How much is the costs?

Prices range due to home size,  areas needing to be covered and severity of pest infestation-mild or severe. Having a One Way Pest Control technician/applicator coming out to do you pest control service is not only cost effective, it can be a preventative measure taken to protect your home from wood damage caused by carpenter ants, termites or wood and electrical damage that can be caused by rodents.

What should I look for?

While during the spring and summer months there is increased amounts of activity,  the cold winter months can hold problems of their own with rodent activity (your not the only ones wanting to stay warm).  Increased activity and noise can be a sign of a pest problem.

Any Preventative Measure?

• Close and seal off  any outside openings such as torn screens, broken siding, wood or vinyl as well as foundational openings, if house is on pier and beams(not a concrete slab),
• Keep all  trees trimmed and away from hanging over your  house roof.
• Reapply worn out weather stripping around windows and doors once a year.

What about my pets?

While there are some treatments that require pets to be removed and taken out of your home prior to pest control service, most of our products are pet friendly.
